I work alongside the VT Men's Soccer Athletic Trainer to be able to ease their load as an athletic trainer at a large Division 1 School. I am able to work directly with athletes, observe, prepare for games and practices, and learn what the role of an athletic trainer looks like.

As Summer Program Staff, I provided assistance to the Camp Manager and weekly Dean with maintaining, facilitating and preparing all activities, facilities and equipment as it pertains to the programming. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, meeting with the Deans to plan for all activities. Setting up, facilitating, and tearing down all field activities when requested and providing other activity equipment. Leading all stationary activities for scheduled activities. This includes: slip n’ slide; team building course; archery; air rifles; canoeing; paddle boarding, etc. Assisting the Camp Manager and kitchen staff in informing/directing Junior Counselors in duties, and keeping all used spaces supplied with needed items. Also, I worked in sales of merchandise.

I would facilitate and prepare all activities that would take place during his sessions. As well as participate in drills if needed to challenge the player taking the lesson.
