As a Human Resources Generalist at Elite Integrated Therapy Centers, I support the company's growth and culture by managing various HR functions, such as recruiting, benefits, and employee relations. I have also worked as a Marketing Representative at Elite, developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources and potential clients. I have strong skills in ADP Workforce, HR, and organization, which I have acquired through my work experience and educational background.In addition to my HR role, I am also an All Star Cheerleading Coach at Strive Allstars, where I instruct levels 1, 2, and 3 athletes in all aspects of competitive cheerleading.
