As a store manager at ANN INC, I lead a team of sales associates and managers to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales performance, and uphold brand standards. I am also the district network and recruiting captain and the district charitable captain, responsible for building relationships with potential candidates, community partners, and corporate leaders. I am passionate about training and development, and I leverage my education in business psychology to create a sound foundation for increasing retention and internal promotion. I have my master's degree in business psychology from Franklin University, where I have learned about various aspects of psychology in marketing, economics, management, leadership, coaching, and innovation. My mastery thesis focuses on change management at the store level, and how to implement effective strategies to adapt to changing business needs and customer expectations.
