My name is Bailey Cullen, and I am an MBA candidate at Brandeis University. I graduated from The University of Notre Dame with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Digital Marketing. I was a member of the women's soccer team from 2017 to 2021. My time at Notre Dame cultivated my work ethic and time management, enabling me to bring valuable contributions to all my experiences. After dealing with my fair share of career-disrupting injuries, I turned my frustrations into a platform of encouragement, allowing injured athletes to feel valued. In 2018, I created Stronger Scars, an outlet for injured athletes to embrace their injuries. Stronger Scars consists of a website, social media accounts, and a podcast, where I share the stories of various guests in the sports world. All episodes are created and edited on my own. I have hopes that I can transform Stronger Scars into a non-profit organization that works to alleviate the financial burdens that come with physical and mental injuries.
