In the past three years while attending University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, I’ve worked in many customer service positions. At the Mona Lisa and Rezac’s & Associates, I’ve had to use a dynamic approach to maintain organization and improve skills in different types of work. These properties not only helped with creating high standards of care but helped with my growth in professional development. I would love the opportunity to work in a team and get to grow from utilizing my communication skills and attention to detail through various guest problems. In Washington, I’ve worked in various outdoor jobs and have had to work amidst many interruptions. I’ve worked various jobs that have made my skill set very diverse and that has allowed me to grow as a team member, employee, and leader.
