Lead the design, implementation and maintenance of HR processes practices and policies.• Employee policy development and documentation, including updates to employee handbook.• Conduct annual compensation surveys to ensure competitiveness among industry.• Analyze and design compensation and benefits programs.• Update and review job descriptions annually to ensure accuracy. • Monitor and record employee attendance as well as process and track employee’s time off.• Prepare and submit bi-weekly payroll for non-exempt and exempt staff. Post job vacancies, recruit and select prospective new hires.• Manage human resource operations by orienting, training, coaching, counseling and disciplining staff.• Lead Safety Committee by analyzing data quarterly and updating manuals.• Facilitate, coordinate and administer yearly reviews for non-exempt staff and implement employee development programs.
