The Marketing Department is responsible for all brand building efforts for the Chiefs organization. This entails developing key fan insights and translating insights into breakthrough fan engagement efforts.These efforts may be through traditional media, new media, events, etc.Responsibilities include: Chiefs Kids Club – Work on teams' main youth initiative, the Chiefs Kids Club, including day-to-day operation of the program, grassroots marketing efforts, newsletter development and more.Marketing – Experience gained in media promotions, marketing plans, fact finding, media buying, copy writing, fan experience and other areas of media, marketing & promotions.Events – Experience gained in event operations, customer service, event acquisition, event research, etc. This experience will include Chiefs games and Special Events (Red Friday, gameday production, college football, etc).Research – Extensive work includes research projects, finding best practices and innovative marketing tactics, and regular presentation of research.
