After some self-discovery, I've figured out that my real passion is mentoring and helping people on their learning journeys whether it be their career or understanding technology. Early on, I stumbled into mentoring and found out I'm pretty good at it and I enjoy it. What started as me just teaching turned into helping grown-ups be their best selves. Lately, I've been guiding people who want to dive into teaching, giving them tips, feedback, and hands-on training.And it's not all about people – I'm into making things run smoothly too. Whether it's suggesting a better school drop-off setup or preventing burnout by combining classrooms, I'm all about optimizing things.Making people more efficient is my goal. I enjoy writing user-friendly curricula and how-to guides, making adults' day-to-day life easier. Whether breaking down IT systems or coaching behavioral health interns on tech, I love sharing what I know. I even decoded Medicaid billing and made a handy guide for anyone who needs it in the future.I'm always on the lookout for new ways to do things better. Teaching and coaching adults in their careers is where I shine. I tweak educational materials to make learning a breeze, especially when it comes to tech – let's make it less scary for everyone!In a nutshell, I’m all about creating an environment where learning never stops, new and efficient ways are researched and tried and everyone gets the chance to grow and reach their fullest potential whether through technology or learning their career.
