At my current position as Office Manager I have expanded upon my leadership and organizational skills, allowing me to balance day-to-day business operations. I oversee the entire customer experience for their installation beginning with contacting them to setup appointments, managing schedules or our designs, completing contracts, and receiving payment. In my position as Office Assistant at Cole Wire & Cable I assisted our Accountant with daily accounts receivable and payable, deposited payments, and sent out over 150 invoices a week. Also, my management skills allowed me to increase office efficiency by ensuring all office supplies were stocked and organized, staffs' meetings were scheduled, and rooms were secured and setup.
