As Executive Project Manager and Real Estate Developer at Vintage Luxury Homes, I was responsible for coordinating and implementing all aspects of development and construction projects. I oversaw and coordinated all scheduling, correspondence, negotiations, submittals, presentations and meetings with various officials and municipalities to ensure hearings, proposals, plans, permits and documents were processed in a timely manner. Co-Optim Health Deer Park Building and managed all aspects of five 2,000 sq. ft. gaming lounge buildouts. Two of my major accomplishments were managing all aspects of the development plan and process from start to finish, working with all Architects, Engineers, Consultants and Municipalities to successfully obtain preliminary and final approval for a 31-unit Luxury Rowhome development in Deer Park as well as a 48-unit Luxury Rowhome development in Warrenville.I coordinated all aspects of construction and development: scheduling with consultants, contractors, vendors, suppliers and assisting in Land Acquisition for multiple developments.I also managed three 136,000 sq.ft. commercial properties on a daily basis. I managed the maintenance team and all necessary maintenance, repairs and inspections.

As Office Manager, Accounts Payable and Executive Assistant at B.G.R. Construction, Inc., I oversaw the day-to-day operations of a bustling concrete construction company and provided support to the President, VP and COE. My days consisted of ordering and scheduling materials and concrete mixes to the job sites, bid coordination, fleet and inventory management, OSHA compliance, Accounts Payable, Human Resources, time-keeping and general office management.

As a Cocktail Server for Ala Carte Entertainment, I was a top performer for sales. I catered to large crowds of patrons as well as large events.
