• Serving as the product manager for a multi-year project involving the isolation of Visa production assets via the use of jump servers/virtual desktops in order to prevent sensitive data from being exposed to untrusted environments (i.e. the Internet). • Led the requirements gathering process, ran the product pilot and UAT, validated use cases with users, managed user engagement, created instruction documentation and demos, conducted the rollout and reported metrics for a multi-year project involving the migration from a proprietary UNIX privilege elevation tool to an open-source platform, ultimately with the goal of minimizing the risk of insider threats and reducing licensing costs. Frequently communicated between users, management, and development teams in order to ensure that requirements were being adhered to within their respective timeframes, and that the project would ultimately meet user expectations.• Utilized tools such as Splunk, SQL Server, Oracle SQL Developer, AD Explorer, ServiceNow and Excel to extract large amounts of data, monitor product metrics and report said metrics internally as well as to management.• Responsible for increasing product usage rate from 2.5% to 99% in 1 year.• Facilitated communications between end users (sysadmins, developers and DBAs), product platform teams, and management, tracking all user feedback, resolving reported issues, and advocating the product to our users.• Served as the project manager for above projects whenever the designated PM was in absence (i.e. PTO)• Lead calls (along with platform team) with external vendors in order to ensure that their products were being implemented and respective issues were being resolved in Visa’s best interest.• Managed the product backlog for both projects, providing development and platform teams with clear guidance on which tasks needed to be prioritized in monthly sprints.
