Enthusiastic. Creative. Passionate. Driven. Leader. Ever since I was young, I have been very passionate about our environment and serving others. I always knew I was meant to be outside and educating the public on ways to help our environment, I just was not sure what platform I wanted to take to do that. When I was 14, my family and I took a road trip across the country to Yellowstone National Park and the Grand Teton National Park where I had the opportunity to talk to rangers and educators within the parks. Conversations with rangers coupled with my love for the outdoors led me to the realization that I needed to pursue a career in Parks & Recreation where I could follow my passion for our environment and educating.I hope to take my degree and education to one of our nations National Parks where I can educate the public on ways to better preserve and conserve our natural resources. I am determined to help create a more sustainable lifestyle through education, recreation, and conservation. With a service driven heart mixed with a creative and passionate mind, I am seeking to educate and inspire the public to get outdoors and live healthy and sustainable lifestyles. I hope to use my creativity and organization to build programs and experiences that will better the health of our communities.
