Currently I’m an Administrative Assistant for a small business; Within my job, there are many tasks involved like answering phone calls and emails, as well as setting up paperwork for jobs (digital and hard copy files). Within my experience with working for this company as an Administrative Assistant, I now have an idea of the structure of how small businesses run. This knowledge can be used to direct others how to manage small businesses with staying organized and focused on their job/ service.
