Very familiar with and actively engaged in opportunities related to hospital reimbursement, length of stay, provider and nurse education, process improvement, research projects, and more. Outside of sepsis, I enjoy serving as a member on my organization’s Ethics Committee. Prior to entering into a sepsis role, I worked in the Cardiovascular Operating room. I became proficient at various medical devices and established partnerships with vendors. Prior to this my experience was that of a Cardiac Float Nurse and spent time in one of the nation’s few Special Pathogens Unit.
