After graduating from the University of British Columbia, I began my career in various customer-facing roles. I quickly realized that working with clients was where my passion lies, I always want to go a step further for people to enhance their overall experience and act as an advocate on their behalf. In my various roles, my primary function was to provide exceptional service to maximize retention, while exceeding the expectations of the client's needs which in turn drove company revenue and growth. I have a basic knowledge of HTML and CSS coding languages as well as knowledge in a suite of apps used in the account managing space, such as Salesforce. I am a critical thinker and problem-solver by nature so I am always looking for a way to level up the customer experience as well as improve internal efficiency processes.Each day I seek to enhance my knowledge of account management by initiating my own projects with enthusiasm and energy. I am known for getting involved, leading by example, being dependable, and being hardworking. My ability to effectively manage my time allows for a balance between professional development, athletics, social life, and volunteering.In my free time, I stay active and continually look for new challenges. Currently, I am ranked in the top 50 5-pin bowlers in Canada. I also enjoy video games, great food, and exploring the nature that surrounds me.
