-Spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive safety, quality control, production, scheduling, estimating, procurement, inventory and budgeting standards for the machine build division, ensuring operational excellence and compliance. -Lead the implementation of continuous improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity. -Design, review, and execute training standards for key departments—Sales, Engineering, Production, Quality, and Service—facilitating skill enhancement and knowledge transfer. -Develop product schedules while authorizing overtime as necessary, optimizing resource allocation to meet production goals. -Conduct comprehensive time studies and generate Work Order Performance Reports to assess and compare actual costs against estimated budgets, driving accountability and cost management. -Train and enforce OSHA standards within the company, promoting a safe working environment and adherence to regulatory requirements. -Facilitate cross-functional communication to document processes, leveraging insights from long-standing employees nearing retirement to preserve institutional knowledge. -Assist in the collection and analysis of historical files to refine current processes and workflows, enhancing operational efficiency. -Collaborate in the financial prioritization of company initiatives, identifying areas of financial waste to improve profitability. -Translate engineering processes into a new ERP system, developing sustainable workflows and training methodologies to ensure seamless data integration. -Partner with the President to identify hiring needs across the organization, ensuring continuity through retirements and workforce changes. -Develop and implement an internship program at Glenro, fostering talent development and supporting organizational growth. -Gather improvement suggestions from the production floor and collaborate with engineering to ensure optimal outcomes for both the customer and the company.

-Estimate & create the formulas to estimate custom equipment -instill new processes and ideas within all departments of the company -write SOPs for everyone in the company from sales through to finance -write EUPs for everyone in the company for their processes they will need in the new ERP system -communicate throughout the company to determine the best practices of work flow & correct bad habits/create new work culture -manage & implement a new ERP/ETO software -communicate with customers on their product -work closely with the owner, president and operations manager of the company on recommendations and solutions to issues -send out company newsletters and project updates -implement an inventory management solution -review designs and drawings with the floor & engineers to determine SOPs & design/drawings quality improvements -increase cross functional communication

-Maintain building compliance -keep the team up to date on trainings -manage 8 union mechanics, all vendors, environmental, 4 engineering supervisors, an outside housekeeping crew & 5-8 union porters -prioritize and dispatch jobs to engineers and mechanics -order parts -maintain a budget -communicate cross functionally departments to keep equipment, building & sort running with minimal to no financial damage -communicate with upper management on issues, on goings, sort flow, solutions & suggestions

-Supervise mechanic work -assign work orders -work on vision systems, tracking systems & conveyor belts -order parts -implement an efficient inventory process -implementing 5S -problem solve -read schematics for power panels
