I hold a B.A. in History from East Tennessee State University and an M.S. in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from PennWest California University. My career spans various roles where I have honed skills in public speaking, educating, research, and presentation. I bring a wealth of expertise in sales, sales management, coaching, and teaching.For the past 15 years, I have managed a household that includes a frequently traveling executive wife, two now adult children, and aging parents. This experience has refined my organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities, equipping me to handle diverse and demanding responsibilities efficiently.My varied work career includes roles as a concrete road construction laborer, middle school/high school teacher, personal trainer, waiter, bartender, and positions in sales and sales management in the wine industry and pharmaceutical sales. These diverse experiences have enriched my skill set and broadened my perspective.I am passionate about making a positive impact in my community and actively volunteer to help reduce food insecurity. I also hold a strong belief in equality for all, regardless of gender, race, religious beliefs, or sexual orientation. My personal interests include food, cooking, beverages, all things guitar, and exploring punk, alternative, and indie rock music.
