In the GOS role, an LDP participant will provide services and support to an Operator in the opening of a new Restaurant.- Interim Manager (IM): On occasion, Chick-fil-A, Inc. operates some Restaurants as Company-Operated Restaurants. In the Interim Manager role, an LDP participant will serve as the senior leader in the management of a Company-Operated Restaurant.
