Her Bachelor's degree in Speech and Hearing Science and Master's degree in Communication Disorders in Speech Language Pathology coupled with hands-on coaching experience across industries allows an individualized client approach. Bailey successfully supports clients in meeting their goals related to speech and communication clarity, vocal projection, public speaking, presentation skills, and corporate communication.Bailey has acquired training and experience working with a wide range of disorders, diagnoses, and clients. She has worked with pediatric speech therapy clients in their natural environment providing early intervention services, school-aged language and speech students, and middle and high-school students with language and social communication goals. When working in hospitals and home health settings, she supported clients with speech, language, cognitive, and dysphagia needs. Bailey also provides gender-affirming voice and communication training in person and remotely.
