I want to help people and ensure they have the best day they can. Each job has taught me something new, whether it be how to communicate with people that have had one too many merlots, or how to comfort a regular when we’re out of their favourite beverage. Both are made friendlier for both parties with a smile. I’m not only friendly with customers. A shift is as good as the people you’re working with. Teamwork is key in any aspect of life and when working a busy shift I know it’s important to work well as a team. I’ve always had very good relationships with my co workers and I believe that the positive energy behind the counter influences the customers on the other side as well.
