Led UCLA's first student-run record label in its first year of operation. Managed PR, press, and organization of 60+ new staff in 8 departments (A&R, Events, Marketing, Press, Visual Media, Production, Web, Business and Finance). Led overall strategy with President. - Signed 5 artists (The Band Called Sex, Lot 3, Katrina Weissman, Club Kona, and Infrared) with original recording contracts for a compilation album- Provided artist services in recording, copyright registration, royalty collection, music distribution, mixing, creative ideation, visuals, marketing, social media, press, PR, and live shows- Secured and managed $15000/quarter operational budget - Created pitch deck for the label, wrote bylaws, and laid out organizational structure- Hosted concerts, house shows, open mics, networking panels, and exclusive showcases; provided first-to-come last-to-leave support at all events- Booked external local and established artists for shows (Max Bennett Kelly, Londynnes Falling, Evergreen, Stereobliss, Old Growth, Flamango Bay, etc.) - Created merchandise, online publication, multiple social media channels, magazine, radio show, and podcast- Led press department and label PR; partnered with Warner Music U, Universal’s °1824, Universal Publishing Group, NBC Universal, Sony Music, Guayaki Yerba Mate, June Shine, Jiant, Celsius, UCLA Sexperts, UCLA Radio, and UCLA Co-op- Secured press appearances in the Daily Bruin, Her Campus, and UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music- Cover-to-cover executive design and editing of 28-page magazine featuring our process and signed artists- Wrote press releases and edited all content for online publication- Co-led minimum of 3 meetings weekly with Executive Board, Department Managers, and all-staff

Hybrid 400 hour internship through the LA County Arts Internship Program. Young Storytellers is a nonprofit focused on elevating student voices with programs in disadvantaged middle and elementary schools in which students write scripts and monologues eventually performed by professional actors.Completed and presented Passion Project on Student Choice in Learning; drafted and edited copy, presentations, and notes; collaborated with Programs and Trainings teams in discussions and assisted with various tasks (training new mentors, data entry, copyediting, laminating, etc.); produced 100+ pages of notes on learning theories; mentored at Le Conte Middle; worked the Biggest Show fundraiser at the Ace Hotel; interfaced with staff, students, mentors, board members, and community and corporate partners; attended regular meetings and check-ins with supervisors and teams.

Splash@UCLA is an accessible and free one-day program for high school students to take hour-long courses taught and designed by UCLA Students. My role included teacher and student outreach, planning, logistics, finances, day-of facilitation, and teaching. I also attended SplashCon, a weekend workshop for Splash admin around the US at Northeastern University. Total attendance 2020: ~575 high schoolers

Senior Apprentice at the Eli Whitney Museum. Assisted and led woodworking, electronics, and design workshops, weekend programs, and summer camps in an experimental learning workshop environment. Acquired skills in: power and hand tools, electronics (soldering, circuitry, 3D printing, basic code), working with children ages 6-15, problem-solving and conflict resolution, organization and leadership of groups (peers and students).

Designed and taught individualized French lessons for high school students.
