I never expected my role as the founding Director of Sales and Marketing at an enterprise-oriented mixed reality startup to reset my career. My entire professional life had been centered around business in the Midwest – both professionally and academically. Over the year I spent working directly with engineers to create and deliver augmented and virtual reality solutions, I became obsessed about the direction and impact of technology and what it can do to truly empower every person and organization on the planet. 1,134 miles away from where I started, I am now pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Software Engineering at the University of Washington where I am actively laying the academic foundation to create success for myself as a future Software Engineer or Program Manager. As a current Junior, I am relentlessly ambitious to connect with an internship opportunity that will afford me deeply technical experience, learning, and growth.
