Core Responsibilities Include:• Overall responsibility for commercially complex projects, ensuring that all deliverables, including financial and contractual obligations, are met.• Satisfy customer demands and expectations throughout the project using effective communication and Project Reporting.• Budget and Profitability Management: Ensure project profitability by closely monitoring budgets, costs, and financial performance, and by implementing corrective actions as necessary.• Timely Execution: Oversee the timely execution of all project phases, from initiation to closure, ensuring that milestones are met, and that all deliverables are completed on schedule.• Review and manage contracts, and eventually negotiate amendments and additional agreements, to ensure favourable terms and conditions, minimizing risks, and protecting the company’s commercial interests.• Handling commercial challenges, including contract negotiations, claims, and dispute resolution.
