As a student supervisor at Coe Library our number one job is customer service. We help roughly 5500 people per week, with their library needs that include finding and checking out books, checking out study rooms, and any other random questions they have about the library. We also do behind the scenes things like check in all the books people have had checked out, check in all the new books we get, and working through our prospector service that we provide that takes up about a total of 5 hours per day.

Worked at the front desk answering phones and welcoming anyone that walked into the office. Once answering those phones I either transferred the phone call to the appropriate person or set up the showing on a home that they were interested in seeing. I made sure everything in the 100+ agent office was well organized and well kept clean. I was the first person people saw when they walked in so i was sure to have a smile on my face through out the day.
