I was recently promoted from Assistant Sales Manager to a full-time Sales Representative, responsible for managing 15+ accounts throughout the Upper Peninsula. Customer service is a large part of my job but some of my other daily duties consist of taking product orders, inventory of our products, performing shelf maintenance, managing store credits, and product shipments.

Working as a Bartender to provide an excellent customer experience. My restaurant and bar experiences have taught me a variety of skills that include: multi-tasking, conflict resolution, teamwork, fast-pace problem solving and concise communication. I am also responsible for counting the register at the beginning/end of a shift and deal with large sums of money in which my employers trust me to do correctly and honestly. In the most stressful situations I’ve always found friendliness is my strongest asset with customers.

During the summer of 2019 I worked as a Service Management Intern for Fabick Cat. I worked with the Support Service Department and was responsible for work orders, time entry, software training, and providing customer service to external stakeholders. I was also responsible for organization within the Service and Parts department and coordinating work orders with customers.

I served as a seasonal field worker for the Houghton County Road Commission (HCRC) during the summers (2017, 2018) where I reported to the site superintendent to receive my team’s daily work projects. These projects involved operating a variety of equipment in the construction, repair, maintenance, and replacement of the County’s infrastructure and related systems. An important aspect of being on site was ensuring my team and I were following safety requirements mandated by the state. At the end of each day, it was my responsibility to communicate my team’s project(s) progress and any other important information recorded throughout the day to the site supervisor.

Worked as a Receptionist for the law office of Daniel J. Wisti, PC (retired in 2017) from September 2014, until he retired in January of 2017. I was the the gatekeeper of the firm often working in the front of the office greeting clients and answering incoming calls. Being the first person with whom clients and visitors interact, I was important to the image of the Mr. Wisit’s law office and always made sure to look presentable and act professional. Since the office was small, I was also responsible for a variety of office duties, such as: ordering supplies, scheduling meetings, notarizing legal documents and general filing and organization.
