Compassionate and hardworking Senior nursing student with an abundance of high-quality clinical experience. I will be graduating in May 2022 from the University of Texas at Austin.I currently work with Ascension Seton's Disaster Recovery program to administer COVID-19 vaccinations to low SES zip codes in response to the current pandemic. I am also a Front of House leader at Foodheads cafe here in Austin Texas.Extensive volunteering through University Health Services to administer 300+ Flu vaccinations during the flu campaign for two years, as well as assisting Ascensions COVID-19 Vaccination event at COTA for March 2021 where I ran a team of clinical providers and volunteers in the delivery of COVID-19 vaccinations to the public. Served as a Lifeguard and Childcare provider for the YMCA for 2 and a half years and provided child-care and tutoring to multiple families for 3+ years.Throughout my clinical experience while attending UT at Austin, I have acquired proficient communication and leadership skills to provide valuable patient and family-centered care in a clinical environment. Thus far, I have completed clinical rotations that involve shadowing and hands on work in various units including Medical/Surgical, Labor and Deliver, NICU, ED, ICU, CVICU, Cardiac, Neuro, Pediatrics, and Oncology.
