Perform day to day operations inside of a process unit. Daily catalyst handling, making up dispersant/initiator and charging reactors, monitoring pumps and equipment through out the reactor area. Catching samples and run them at the lab. Running/monitoring stripper columns, blow down tanks, interchangers, reactors and all equipment associated with the process. Running/monitoring recovery skids, vacuum pumps , compressors chill water systems, spray/rinse water systems, Trouble shooting equipment malfunctions. Writing and signing safe work permits, handling confined space permits. Off loading of catlyst shipments. Read and use P&ID's in the field when locating a line or valve. Train and teach other's in my work area on safe work practices. Operated in the dryers unit within my facility performing day to day task with all associated work.
