I view the plant in a food safety perspective, making sure that I maintain food safety standards, and observe others do too. I also very all policies and procedures are followed accordingly, and coach others that do not do so. Whenever new management members are hired in, I take them out to the floor and briefly discuss what food safety procedures are to be followed.

Customer service was the main focus. In the area that I was in, calls were answered for loan modification specialists if they were not in their offices. We would try to see what loan modification programs were open for them, and would try to get them pre qualified. Loan payments were also received, and post dated payments were set up for the customers.

I would interview and set up new hire orientations for new employees, as well as cross train current employees to new areas. I also help manage the scheduling, cash control, and inventory control.

Oversaw the other representatives in the store, managed personal cash control, inventory control. Motivated other members of the store. Looked for opportunities to create partnerships in the community. Assisted customers with new plans, renewal of plans, bill payments, and issues with Verizon wireless cell phone plans.
