My name is Bailey Robert Flint, I was an international student-athlete at the University of Toledo where I gained both my undergraduate and masters degrees, all the while I was a 5 year letter-winner and 2 time player voted captain for the UT Rockets Football Team.Professionally, I was fortunate enough to be drafted into the CFL with a global player allocation, taken 2nd overall by the Hamilton Tiger Cats. After my time with Hamilton I have moved into the consulting space where I now work to help organizations such as professional sports teams, college sports teams and corporate companies make better decisions on recruitment and internal synergies, creating a winning and positive culture.
