Work closely with Design/PD teams to develop desired hardware. Coordinate new development with current and new vendors working along side VB Hong Kong. Identify core materials and explore cost savings for those key DTM materials. Semi-annually present material trends related to hardware to the Design team and propose newness that aligns with the VB brand.

Supported Licensing Product Development Manager on product development process activities to ensure timely launch. Worked with design team to communicate direction/changes to partners in regards to product templates & artwork. Ensured accurate and timely response to Licensors/Licensees on all product submissions to ensure launch dates so that sales goals can be achieved. Assisted Director of Team and VP Licensing in maintaining the US Military licenses royalty fees reports.

My role at Murray Equipment has evolved over the years. Currently, I am responsible for maintaining our paperless initiative by electronically documenting company orders in our system on a weekly basis if not daily. I also am asked to split my time between continuing to assist AR and act as a Marketing Coordinator. I have led several marketing based projects such as organizing product photoshoots and assisting in the creation of a promotional campaign for our distributors. I am helping to build a marketing kit for our distributors to better develop our consumer base by equipping them with tools to engage and convey our branding. Also, I actively developing the company's LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter pages in order to create more engaging posts to interact with consumers.

I assisted Murray Equipment in the role of a receptionist for a summer as they transitioned to find a new full time administrative assistant. Another project I was leading at the company was the implementation of a more paperless system for documenting company orders. This has been an extensive process that has allowed me to apply various skills such as problem-solving, decision-making, planning, delegating, communication and time management.

I worked directly with the Accounts Receivable Specialist in completing any necessary tasks such as contacting customers, updating files, and working with the AS400 operating system. Working hand and hand with the AR Specialist together we were able to come up with a system that allowed us to efficiently clear old credits off of customers accounts. I was able to help dramatically decreased year old credit balances off of hundreds of accounts.

I was a part of a summer program for college students that gave us the opportunity to work in the Vera Bradley Distribution Center. Through this experience I was able to learn more about Vera Bradley as a business and I now have a better understanding about how large companies operate.
