I am a graduate from Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas. I obtained my B.B.A. in Production and Operations Management in December 2019.My current employment is at the Sunflower Bank Call center where I am currently working as one of their Supervisors. I have expanded my banking knowledge over the past several years and have thoroughly enjoyed learning new skill sets dealing with Microsoft Word and Excel. My communication and time management skills have been tested here as well as it can be a very fast paced environment. Prior work experience includes several years of hospitality work at Freddy's Frozen Custard as an Assistant Manager. I started in 2013 as a regular employee and worked my way up. As a Assistant manager, I dealt with controlling labor costs and ensuring the store is looking and running up to par. Reaching goals that are set for the store is a great importance and meant a lot to me. I not only pushed myself into doing the best here, but the rest of the team as well.These skills include planning, customer service, leadership, time management, organization, efficiency in Microsoft office, and being able to work in a fast paced environment.
