Marketing Analyst
Current• Administer Salesforce.com (Customer Relationship Management) database, including data entry, cleansing, quality control, compliance, list management for email campaigns, campaign management, and provide training and support• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including quota management, prospecting, etc.• Utilize internal and external data sources to evaluate and score Sponsor companies based on key criteria, including pipeline, financial stability, and relationships• Manage territory optimization, commissions, and other data-related projects• Provide analysis and insights on industry trends and opportunities, as well as competitive analysis• Research and recommend continuous improvements to technology platforms and troubleshoot issues• Perform ongoing tracking and reporting of quantitative and qualitative marketing campaign results• Complete other projects and responsibilities as assigned
