Current**Artist Research and Selection**:I identify and evaluate potential artists and bands to match our venue's audience and brand.**Negotiation and Contracting**: I negotiate fees and contract terms with artists, agents, and managers, ensuring mutual agreement on performance details. **Scheduling and Logistics**: I coordinate performance dates, times, and technical requirements, all while collaborating with venue managers, promoters, and production teams.**Budget Management**: Im in charge of the budget for talent acquisition, aligning costs with financial plans and projected revenues.**Marketing and Promotion**: I consistently work with our marketing teams to acquire assets, promote events, ensuring our artists are properly featured. Additionally, I develop and maintain relationships with artists, agents, managers, and other industry professionals to facilitate future bookings and collaborations. **Event Coordination**: I oversee events on performance days, ensuring smooth operations from artist arrival to showtime and load-out.
