- Keep up-to-date with activities and services going on outside of the community and how to bring those fresh ideas into the community- Assist the Membership Director with creating marketing collateral, organizing prospects and coordinating tours- Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Manager to develop various campaigns to create awareness and brand recognition- Work with the food and beverage department to plan and execute community and club events- Coordinate guest speakers to present for the Club’s The West Bay Academy, a program set up for continued learning for the residents- Responsible for producing the minutes from monthly Community Board of Directors meetings in a timely fashion- Assisted with building the Club’s new website, as well as coordinating presentations for the membership to learn about the new website- Manage the community’s Clubs Within A Club program- Develop relationships with members and residents
