Williams Education Fund • Responsible for management and revenue generation of 600+ donor accounts; annual giving $100-$10,000 • Educate new and current donors on priority point system, select-a-seat program and membership; including distribution of compliance education information • Facilitate former student-athlete meet-and-greet events with members of the community • Host and organize exclusive events to cultivate and develop relationships with donors during athletic functions and major fundraising opportunities • Implement donor outreach initiatives to create awareness, increase membership and ensure retention • Monitor and update data entry changes during ongoing software merger • Proof and oversee all weekly monetary transactions made by donors and Williams Fund staff • Create monthly revenue reports of incoming pledges and receipts for all head coaches of Kansas Athletics • Work independently and in collaboration with a team of 3 people in order to increase awareness of the Williams Fund U student membership program • Collaborate with other areas of the athletics department to meet the needs of donors and requests for event accommodations, payment structures and member benefits • Perform duties as assigned by the Associate Athletics Director/Executive Director of Revenue Development and the Director of the Williams Education Fund
