Ford’s Garage offered the opportunity to build relationships with local breweries, expanding my product knowledge to aid in increasing sales. Large crowds and hyper-active environments were the norm and maintaining positive customer interaction, as well as effective bar skills, was essential. Through 23 Restaurants, I had the opportunity to assist with the opening of several locations across Florida. My responsibilities included organizing bar operations, training new staff, as well as educating staff members on products and promotions.

Tommy Bahama’s was a fast paced work environment, secondary to a consistently high guest volume, which required efficiency and adaptability to ensure the success of each shift.
