• Manage the Excelsior Learning Center including supervision of 5+ tutors, a large client base, and 10+ hours of tutoring per day.• Deliver excellent client service to CNT families as they utilize our tutoring services at the Excelsior Learning Center.• Maintenance of Integrated Tutor Scheduler and CNT database of all tutor families, communication notes and tutoring schedules.• Understanding of students’ needs and parents’ concerns and relaying that information to the Learning Center Director.• Manage day to day juggling of students and tutors as needed because of reschedules, tutor illness, etc.• Managing the tutor schedule with the best interests of student and tutor in mind.• Special projects as needed including proctoring and scoring practice tests, reviewing and mailing progress reports, and other general support and operations tasks.• Assist Learning Center Director in the monitoring and creation of students’ Learning Plans• Provide knowledgeable communication to Learning Center Director, tutors, parents, and students regarding progress• Be a resource for the tutors on suggestions for approach, and to work through concerns, changes, or issues. • Assist Learning Center Director with customer care calls as directed.
