Working as part of the Marketing and Communications team, my role as a Digital Marketing Specialist allows me to take part in a wide range of externally-facing activities. Heavily involved in the editing and production of digital content, I work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to create engaging experiences throughout our online presence. This involves shaping and executing the content strategy through educational and entertaining pieces that provide value to our customers, and contributes to our brand in market. I craft these pieces (blogs, social posts, videos, and more) through considered planning, writing, designing, and publication across the web. I also manage our digital communities across social media. Key skills developed throughout the role are my proficiencies in the Adobe Creative suite, project management skills, and ability to write engaging copy targeted at stakeholders of all types.

Refreshed the brand for Klemich Real Estate from the top down. All marketing collateral was examined and reworked to match a new brand ethos, where Klemich is a sage amongst the noise.Together with Dijana Samardzija, we refreshed: logo, tagline, typefaces and fonts, brand colours, brand imagery, street signboards, street A-frames, street flags, property brochures, keyrings, newspaper advertisements, marketing booklet, weekly showcase magazine, business cards, tone of voice, and, with Luke Underwood from Snarkie Design, delivered an entirely new website.We helped move Klemich into the digital age and digitised many of the print assets, allowing agents to fully self-serve and order their own materials. The result? A streamlined, sophisticated, simpler, Klemich Real Estate.

Overseeing the Homewares department, my responsibilities include handling all incoming telephone customer queries for Homewares, assisting with customer service at front checkouts, restocking shelves and maintaining back-of-house stock, utilising computer systems to locate stock, print price labels, lodge loss incidents, and retaining product knowledge to assist customers.My tenure has taken me to many Target stores across metropolitan Adelaide, often being selected to assist with store re-fits or to help during busy trade periods.

As the face of the Careers Service, I strive to achieve excellence in providing current students and recent graduates with the resources and tools they need to excel in their transition into a career.As a Careers Information Officer, it is my duty to respond to and direct all incoming email, telephone and face-to-face queries appropriately.
