Bailey Walker, Chickasaw citizen, serves as Director of Tribal Relations for Tribal Diagnostics LLC, a Chickasaw Citizen-owned company. Prior to joining Tribal Diagnostics, he served as the Preferred Vendor Program Coordinator for the Chickasaw Nation. Propelling his advocacy on behalf of the vendors aspiring to do business with the Chickasaw Nation & other First Nations. He earned an Entrepreneurship Degree from East Central University in 2012. He has a unique personal and professional knowledge of issues that many native business owners encounter and utilizes his experiences to help other minority entrepreneurs navigate small business challenges. Bailey has been active in the American Indian Chamber of Commerce of Oklahoma, first serving as an Advisory Board Member, Board Member, Vice President, President-Elect, and was re-elected to a 8th term for 2024 as State President. Due to Bailey’s advocacy for native and minority-owned businesses, networking opportunities have increased by multiple through his service in the American Indian Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Walker served on the Governors Minority Business Council of Oklahoma additionally, a first-ever program of its kind. This is promoting legislative and advocacy for native and minority-owned companies.Bailey has been included to speak on international economic development forums including 10th Aboriginal Economic Development forum held in Australia, Trade Delegate for the First Nations International Trade Mission, the International Inter-tribal Trade & Investment Organization (IITIO) based in Canada, as an Honorary Member of the Board, and the (IEDC) International Economic Development Council. Mr. Walker was selected in December 2021 as one of the 100 Powerlist of Native American Business Leaders of Oklahoma. In October 2023, Mr. Walker was recognized as the REI Inc Minority Business Center “Oklahoma Partner of the Year” by collaborating with the center to develop business opportunities for Oklahoma businesses. In addition to 2017 as REI Inc MED Week “Minority Advocate of the Year”. Bailey accepted an opportunity in 2016 to help build a pilot program Leadership Native Oklahoma; to assist future leaders in commerce and tribal Nation initiatives.In March 2024, Bailey joined the Grey Snow Management Solutions Board of Directors with the Iowa Tribe of Kansas and Nebraska. The Grey Snow Companies are tribally-owned small businesses that offer reliable solutions for renewable energy systems, fiber communications, technology services, professional services, and regenerative agriculture.
