He implements procedures, innovative solutions, plans and works schedule to achieve business's key performance index. He also provides training and mentoring to build his structural team, to ensure the structural team has sufficient technical skills to face new challenges.Bailey actively contributes and promotes the development of the engineers' profession through official and unofficial opportunities within the community.
