I am a mechanical application/design engineer with several years of field experience. I have a lot of hands on and practical knowledge, as well as 3d modeling and problem solving skills.Even before college, I have had an interest in the field of engineering, having taken all available high-school engineering courses, including a freeform, capstone-style course where I was on a team to create a quadcopter using open-source technology.I started my professional career with several Co-Op positions during my time at University of Cincinnati, where I worked as a general engineer, a fixture designer, and a quality control engineer on two different capacities. As my capatone project, I designed the front suspension system for the UC Baja team, an offroad vehicle competition, where I successfully designed and fabricated mirrored front suspension systems that would support the vehicle, without failure, in more extreme stresses than the vehicle would be capable of producing. After graduation, I joined the Application Engineering team at the Hebron KY branch of Bonfiglioli, where I currently work. I have spent my time as solidifying my knowledge of NX, SAP, and the engineering workforce culture.
