Bailey J. Wallace was a former student-athlete at California State University, Fullerton, who received a degree in communications with an emphasis in public relations. She obtained an internship within the Titan Athletics Communications department. Bailey was also the secretary for the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee on campus and writes meeting summaries. In the 2023 Fall semester, Bailey was a part of a team that helped plan and execute an event at the Newport Beach Film Festival. For the Newport Beach Film Festival event, Bailey was responsible for obtaining supporters, partners, and sponsors for the Irish spotlight event. She was also responsible for scheduling and decorating for the event. Bailey previously served as an intern for the nonprofit organization, Figure It Out Baseball. As the intern, she organized emails to send to sports agencies and fellow baseball companies for partnerships and promotions. She also designed content for both Twitter and TikTok to reach new audiences. While running the account, she created a video that received almost 80k views and gained over 200 followers on TikTok. She created graphics for things like giveaways and challenges on Twitter to encourage follower engagement. Bailey attended Granite Hills High School where she served as president of the spirit club on campus. As the president she organized several school events and attire themes for football games. She was also a part of the varsity softball team for all four years, with two of those years being a team captain.
