I am an HR professional who has a passion for serving and developing people. As an HR professional I onboard new hires so they are equipped with the knowledge of company policies and position requirements. I train team members in the functions of their specific job and develop skills they need. Evaluating performance to help create goals for team member development is also a function I carry out. I aim to contribute to the positive and mutually-beneficial relationship employees and employers share with each other. HR departments are very important to organizations because they support the valuable resource that is human talent. Labor can contributes to competitive advantage when you establish a good working relationship with your team.
