- Manage Talent Acquisition Coordinators to fully support recruiting operations, high-volume interview scheduling, and a world-class candidate experience- Partner cross-functionally to support key stakeholders' needs and anticipate and implement solutions- Source and implement tools and platforms to improve departmental efficiency- Develop and maintain dashboards for each department to review key recruiting metrics- Facilitate and fine-tune recruiter onboarding and training- Maintain departmental budgets with new hires and departures

- Greenhouse ATS implementation and maintainence - Own the coordination and interview logistics of all candidate interviews in a high-growth environment- Find and correct inefficiencies in the recruiting processes- Create and maintain department handbook to document processes and procedures on Confluence- Source and implement tools and platforms to improve departmental efficiency- Partner with Human Resources and Onboarding to make sure candidates have a smooth transition from candidate to employee- Make sure all interviews go off on time and without a hitch- Onboard new team members

- Partnering closely with recruiters to schedule 125+ interviews a week while adhering to company SLA’s- Train new team members as they onboard to ensure proficiency in all processes- Flexibly manage change while prioritizing and problem solving, often on a last-minute basis- Ensure the candidate experience represents the Apple brand

- Founding member of the Customer Service Team- Developed grower onboarding processes for over 600 growers across 4 crop seasons to communicate all company program information and collect contracts and other documentation from growers- Maintained and presented softphone and grower onboarding metrics to leadership weekly to review outbound calls, inbound calls, customer wait time, and other data- Contacted growers daily to discuss contract details, onboarding details and new products offered by the company- Implemented changes to improve KPI’s as needed- Utilized Salesforce to maintain data, assist team and improve productivity- Assisted in all areas of the department as needed
