Landmark Structures, a specialty engineering and contracting company is the industry authority and primary constructor of large capacity elevated water storage tanks. I'm responsible for tracking all elevated water tank projects in the U.S. to facilitate bidding opportunities. Key responsibilities include constructability analysis, writing/ reviewing technical specifications and drawings, and reviewing contract documents. Other responsibilities include preparing budget estimates, geotechnical specifications, paint specifications, and recommendations on the procurement process in the elevated water storage industry.

Responsible for marketing and selling full service maintenance programs and negotiated services to engineers, municipalities, private industry, and rural water customers. Services included tank inspections, interior/exterior painting, lead abatement services, safety equipment, structural repair, security inspection, disinfections, and washouts.

Sold and represented a product line of lifeboats and safety equipment used in the offshore oil, gas, and shipping industries.
