• Collaborate with Architects, Engineers and Interior Designers throughout the design process to create designs that suit the clients’ needs. • Coordinate design and construction schedules, construction documents and design team meetings with in house design team and outside consultants. • Actively contribute design input in client meetings and occasionally lead client meetings. • Review and approve shop drawings for accuracy during the construction phase of projects. • Record and produce meeting minutes. • Verify and record conditions of existing facilities. • Maintain an active workload of multiple projects in various phases. • Develop design options based on the client’s vision, goals, budget and schedule. • Create beautiful 3D renderings, varying from basic rough drawings to final compositions, for clients’ projects. • Assist clients through referendum and capital funding campaigns. This includes coordinating with the owner and printer, creating production schedules, creating materials for print and for owner to use on their website and for their social media campaign. • Create and coordinate proposals to prospective clients which convey our experience. • Develop interview materials including conceptual models, design concepts, presentations and handouts. • Assist with the creation of project write-ups for use on firm’s website and for marketing purposes. • Assist with photography of completed projects including taking photos, editing and posting to the firm’s website. • Represent the firm at tradeshow convention booths and lead architectural demonstrations for students attending career development days
