With Head to Head I have been given the opportunity to lead in person and online clinics with children from 10-16 years of age. Through these clinics, I've worked with youth, fostering their development by honing their skills both in the water and beyond. My approach encompasses a blend of public speaking engagements where I emphasize the importance of transferable skills such as leadership, perseverance, and teamwork. Furthermore, I've provided hands-on, in-person coaching sessions, focusing on refining technical swimming skills to help children excel in the water. It's been immensely rewarding to witness their progress and instill in them the confidence to achieve their goals.

Through engaging with classrooms across Canada, I have the unique privilege of sharing my experiences in and out of the pool. Virtual lessons are taught each month, broadening students' understanding of vital life principles, encompassing topics such as healthy living, community, perseverance, leadership, among others.Being a part of this organization fills me with immense gratitude, as I am able to play a role in transmitting invaluable lessons to the next generation while also learning from their experiences.

As an Olympic athlete representing Team Canada and CAMO, I demonstrated exceptional dedication and drive toward achieving my goals. Competing at the highest level, I consistently delivered outstanding performances and upheld the values of sportsmanship and perseverance. Beyond the pool, I actively engaged with young swimmers, inspiring others through my story as an athlete who came from a small town. My experience as an Olympic athlete has not only shaped me as an individual but has also instilled in me a deep sense of responsibility to give back and make a positive impact on society.

As an instructor at Watermellow, I empower families to achieve their aquatic goals safely through regimented course instruction. By maintaining strong and meaningful connections with clients I ensure continued enrollment, as well as consistent renewed memberships. I apply my expertise and passion as a Canadian Olympian, Pan American Games Medalist, and SCM World Champion to deliver engaging and effective lesson programs for a diverse group of clients.

As an Engagement Intern at the Indiana University Office of Sustainability, I spearheaded efforts to implement sustainable practices across more than 10 residence halls for event hosting. Additionally, I played a key role in facilitating LEED certification for multiple campus buildings. Beyond on-campus initiatives, I efficiently managed and responded to a multitude of emails and phone inquiries pertaining to the functions of the Office of Sustainability. Moreover, I dedicated my time to volunteering at tabling and activism events in Bloomington, furthering community engagement and environmental advocacy efforts.
