Partner in conceptualization and organization of an experience immersion + mindset/spiritual wellness retreat

● Client and partner management. To include but not limited to: outreach and acquisition, contract negotiation, event logistics coordination, event production.● Liaise between client/third party partners and on site service and production teams to ensure efficient event production.● Collaborate with in house and third party booking management/talent buyer teams on acquisition, marketing and event management of national and international headlining musical acts.● Lead the development of employee operations manual/SOPs.● Lead marketing team for outreach and engagement campaigns of all locations. To include but not limited to: social media management, asset design, paid google and meta advertisements, third party calendar posts and paid advertisements, coordinate with partners for marketing of their events, design of tangible promotional collateral and print media.● Creative direct design aspects and hand craft decor for new businesses (The Pub and fourth & co).● Collaborate with the team on new brand concepts upon acquisition of new locations. To include but not limited to: location theme and focus, branding aesthetics, f&b program development, ● Design and implement consumer engagement strategies, such as food and beverage promotions and leading guerilla marketing team.● Event ticketing creation and box office management. ● Collaborate with website management team to design websites ● Collaborate with the food and beverage management team to develop a menu based on cost/profit analysis, seasonal items and marketable items.● Collaborate with the food and beverage management team for catering orders for client events.● Develop and implement third party events such as local talent showcases, networking happy hours, art showcases, promotional events. ● Work closely with major liquor brand sponsors to support events and marketing costs.● Network with local events management organizations, such as ILEA, to establish relationships.
