Head of Technology for ModCloth, leading the team responsible for ModCloth's e-commerce, mobile applications, and internal support tools. Managed a distributed team based in Pittsburgh and San Francisco.

Led a global team of talented R&D engineers through the launch of Stryker Endoscopy's flagship digital capture system, the SDC3. This launch required software project management, hardware development, vendor management, and release of FDA regulated medical device.

Launched Stryker's first IP video teleconferencing and telemedicine platform. Launched the SuiteStream, Stryker's H.264 codec used for point-to-point conferencing and web-based video streaming. Responsible for network traffic profiling, testing, and integration with our custom SIP server. Certified the codec as a medical device per IEC 60601-1 and launched the system for use within an operating room.

Participated in a rotational training program aimed at developing high potential program managers. Worked with the Turkey Patriot proposal capture team on the development of a $3 billion proposal. Participated in Raytheon's competitive intelligence forums aimed at increasing market competitiveness. Conducted meetings with Japanese and U.S. military officials to identify new business opportunities. Attended Raytheon's internal Program Management College.

Developed and deployed production test systems used in the manufacturing of radar, missile, and torpedo systems. Lead developer for our systems primary user interface and the systems database backend, both of which were written in C#.
