Interim position supporting Reliance Advisory in growing their Contact Centre operation. Reliance Advisory is a 50-seat contact centre environment, managing a range of activities consisting of both B2C and B2B and across both inbound and outbound formats. Tasked with implementing business improvement concepts/processes across all areas whilst being responsible for operational performance, BI, Quality and Compliance, Recruitment, forecasting and financial delivery- Reporting directly to the company directors.

As the Account Director I was responsible for managing the entire customer base whilst also generating new business. I managed the relationship through the entire customer lifecycle from on-boarding new business through to customer retention. I manage the relationship for clients ranging from large enterprises through to small to medium sized businesses. My primary objective was to develop and grow all existing accounts whilst also identify viable revenue streams within the customer portfolio however I was also tasked with generating new business opportunities through a variety of channels.
